Pay Attention to the Development of Education Industry and Meet the Challenges of Knowledge Economy

通过对我国教育落后现状的分析，指出其已明显不能适应知识经济时代的需求，从而，提出了应增大教育投入、改变教学模式、提倡终身教育、加强综合能力培训、加速科技成果转化和鼓励私人办学等积极措施，以促进我国教育的进一步发展。

The present paper analyzes the backward situation of education in our country, points out that this backward educa- tion can not now meet the needs of knowledge economy, and, on this basis, proposes that investment in education be augmented, teaching models be innovated, life-long education be advocated, training on integrative abilities be enhanced, science and technolo-gy achievements transformation work be accelerated, private-run schools be encouraged so that thc development of our nation can be promoted.
