摘要
法律监督对法律的实施具有十分重要的意义。因此必须深刻理解法律监督的涵义及其实施特点 ,并采取强有力的措施 ,建立健全法律监督和制约机制 ,以确保法律的有效实施。
legal supervision exercises great influence over the implementation of laws. Therefore, it is imperitive to have a thorough understanding of the implications of legal supervision and the characteristics reflected in its implementation. Legal systems of supervision and restriction must be established and strengthened with powerful measures taken to ensure the effective implementation of laws.
