This paper analyzes the scientific theory of ‘3-represents’ and its important instructive meaning to the cause of higher learning. It also emphasizes “3-represents” is the important guarantee to carry out the work in institutions of higher learning and the key to the Party’s politics、organization、ideology、and style construction and the key to teachers construction and overall quality education as well. We have a long way to go before we can carry out all work according to ‘3-represents’ theory.
