建立适应市场经济规律的现代企业制度是目前大家都十分关心的问题 ,本文从管理者、成本、人才等六个方面分析了国有企业在经营机制和企业制度方面存在的问题 ,提出了改革的措施 。

Establishing modern enterprise system geared to the law of market economy is great concern at present. This paper analyzes some of the problems existed in the operation system and enterprise system of SOE from perspectives of operator,cost,qualified personnel,puts forward some measures regarding reform.
