摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度计法,测定了37例肝癌,38例肝癌高发家族或非癌家族成员以及118例包括扶绥肝癌高、低发区和南宁市的健康正常人发中8种微量元素的含量。发现:在扶绥肝瘸低、高发区居民和肝癌患者三组人群中,Cu、Cu/Mo值有依次增高而Mn、Mo、Se、Se/Cu值依次下降的趋向,肝癌高发区居民发中微量元素谱的变化,与肝癌患者有很相似的特征。作者认为,Cu、Mn、Mo、Se等元素的丰缺,很可能与扶绥居民肝癌高发有关。
The eight trace elements in the hair of 37 liver cancer patients, 38 family members with high liver cancer incidence comparing with non-cancer family members and 118 healthy clusters from high and low liver cancer incidence area in. Fusui and Nanning, were detected by atomic absorption spectrometry method. It was found that there was a tendency of Cu, Cu/Mo increase, and Mn, Mo, Se, Se/Cu decrease from the; people in low incidence area group to the people in high incidence area group and to the liver cancer patient group. Additionally, We have also found that there is a similar trace elements pattern in high incidence area group with that in cancer patient group. We consider that the excess of Cu and deficiency of Mn, Mo, Se was related to primary liver cancer in Fusui.
