我国建设工程造价形成方式的改革

在市场经济条件下 ,建设工程作为商品生产具有明显的竞争性 ,反映建设工程商品交换的工程造价只能在市场竞争中形成。本文依据市场经济运行的一般规律和市场经济发达国家工程造价形成的实践经验 ,提出我国工程造价的形成应以工程价值及其转化形态为基础 ,主要在工程招投标竞争中形成 ,但工程造价的形成方式的改革 ,应随着整个国家经济体制 。

Construction engineering price should be based on the engineering value and its transformations.. The formation way of construction engineering price in our country should be formed during the competition of tendering bidding according to general market economic rules and experiences in developed country. But the reform on formation way of engineering price should go with the economic system of our country, especially with the investment management system and industry management system.
