从中学英语教学的需要看高师英语专业的教改

Reflection on Teaching Reform in the English Speciality of Teachers Universities from the Need of High School English Teaching

为响应中央关于提高全民素质的号召 ,中学英语教学改革已率先行动起来。但是 ,中学师资素质上的缺陷阻碍了改革的发展。为了满足高中英语教学的需要 ,高师外语教学宜加快改革步伐 ,更新课程设置 ,为中学英语教学第一线输送更多的高素质的合格人才。

In answer to the call of the Party Central Committee to better the quality of the Chinese people, high schools in China have taken the lead in teaching reform, which is, however, being hindered by the incompetence of their teachers. In order to meet the need of high school English teaching, foreign languages institutions of teachers universities are supposed to gather speed in reform by updating their curriculum so as to bring up more high school English teachers of all the makings.
