摘要
党的十五大提出了“依法治国，建设社会主义法制国家”的基本方略。坚持依法治久，积极推进消防法制建设，是实行依法治国方略的重要内容，也是发展消防事业的必由之路。文章对贵州消防法制建设的经验进行了系统的总结，提出了跨世纪消防法制建设的基本框架。
The 15th CPC National Congress Charted the foundemental principle 'Govern the state my law and construct a socialist institutional country'. To conduct fire protection work and promote the system of fire protection law is part of the principle and a must for the development of fire protection work. This paper outline the fire protection experience systematically in Gui Zhou and advance the framewark of legal fire protection work for the beginning of the next century.
