Reform and Development of Non-Public Ownership Economy in China

中国２０年的改革实现了经济的伟大跨越，这种跨越是在逐步否定传统的社会主义模式，创建有中国特色的社会主义过程中完成的。我们时所有制的重构以体外改革促进体内改革的渐进式方式已进入核心攻坚阶段，成为改革成败的关键，重构微观经济基础就是建立现代企业制度，而非公有制经济在所有制关系中的认可和在所有制结构中的定位是非常重要的理论和实践问题，也是我国未来经济发展的关键问题。

China's reform in the past two decades has brought about great economic strides along with the gradual transition from the traditional socialism with Chinese characteristics. The gradual progress model of promoting the internal reform with the external re- form is now in its crucial stage. Owership restructuring is the decisive move which will determine the outcome of the reform. Restructuring the foundation of micro-economy means setting up the modern enterprise system, and the inclusion of non-public ownershop economy in the relationship of ownership and its position-setting in the ownership structure are not only theoretically and practically significant but also very important in the future development of China's economy.
