摘要
本试验采用了比较常用的五种室内测定法,十几种指标。对高、中、低活力的玉米种子进行了测定,其结果与田间出苗率进行相关分析得出:(1) 人工加速老化处理(相对湿度100%、温度43C,2天)所测得的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数都能很好地反映玉米种子活力的高低,与田间出苗率的相关都达到极显著水平。相关系数分别为:0.9788、0.9631、0.9435。(2) 冷浸处理(温度6~8C,3天)所测得的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数也能很好地反映玉米种子的活力,与田间出苗率的相关也达到极显著水平。相关系数分别为:0.9289、0.9260、0.9205。上两种方法(老化试验、冷浸试验)比较简便、实用,而且准确,可在生产上广泛应用。
There are 30-40 different kinds of seed vigour testing mathods. However. results from various testing methods in laboratories and directly testing methods (germination experiment in field) show different correlation degree. Corn seeds with high, moderate and low vigour were tested with five different routine testing methods and more than ten indexes. The correlation analyses between the results obtained in our experiment and emergence percentage in field showed: (1) By the artificially accelerating ageing treatment (relative humidity 100%; temperature 43℃; 2 days), germinating viability, percentage and index of germination not only could fully express the corn seed vigour, but also were highly correlated with field emergence percentage. The correlation coefficients were 0.9788. 0.9631. 0.9435, respectively. (2) By the low temperature soaking treatment (6-8℃; 3 days), the germinating viability, percentage and index could also demostrate the corn seed vigour. and were highly correlated with field emergence percentage. The correlation coefficients were 0.9389. 0.9260 and 0.9205. respectively. These two testing methods (accelerating ageing test and cold water soaking test) were comparatively simple, accurate and practical. Therefore, they are recommeded to be used in corn seed vigour testing.
