党的十五届六中全会作出了《中共中央关于加强和改进党的作风建设的决定》。《决定》明确提出了加强和改进党的作风建设的指导思想、主要任务、总体思路和具体措施,是新世纪全面加强党的作风建设的行动纲领,标志着党的作风建设进入到一个整体推进、与时俱进的新阶段。认真学习领会和全面贯彻落实党的十五届六中全会精神,切实加强和改进党的作风建设,是当前和今后一段时期全党的一项重大政治任务。

The ６ th Plenary Session of the １５th C entral Committee of CPC makes“the decision on strengthening and im－proving the style construction of th e Party by the Centra l Committee of CPC”．“The decision”clearly proposes the guiding thought，majo r mission，overall thi nking and concrete measure of strengthening and improving the style cons truction of the Party，is the programme of action of s trengthen ing the style constructio n of our Party in an all－round way in new contury，ma rks that the style construction of our Party enters a new stage of giving impet us to the whole，advancing with the times together．Conscientiously study，grasp and act in，implement the spirit of the ６th Plenary Session of １５th Cen tral Committee of CPC，earnestly strengthen and imp rove the style construction of t he Party，this is a great political missio n of the whole Party in a period of p resent and futur e．
