The Application of Intercultural Communication to Foreign Language Teaching

本文通过分析语言、文化、交际的相互关系，说明跨文化交际与外语教学密切相关，提出将跨文化交际知识融入外语教学的各个环节，直至实现外语教学最终目标──培养跨文化交际人才。

The analysis of the interrelation between language, culture and communication, shows that intercultural communication is in close connection with foreign language teaching. This artic le points out that intercultural knowledge should be applied to foreign language teaching in order to train people of intercultural communicative competence.
