全党各级组织要以“三个代表”思想为指导，从解决领导班子存在的突出问题、严 格执行民主集中制原则、增强领导干部拒腐防变能力、提高领导干部队伍素质、营造优秀人才脱 颖而出的宽松环境五个方面抓好自身建设，积极推进新的伟大工程，为党的事业发展做好政治、 思想和组织准备。

The Party's organizations at all levels must be guided by the thought of Three Representatives. To advance the new project positively and well prepare in politics and organization for the development of cross-century of the Party's cause, they should focus on their own leading group building from five aspects: solving inner prominent problems of leading group; strictly enforcing the principles of democratic centralism; sharpening leaders' ability to prevent corruption and degeneration; improving cadres?quality and creating a better environment for excellent talents.
