The Basic Principles of Public Order Management

治安管理的基本原则是治安学理论中的一个带有根本性的重大问题。它是指体现治安管理的性质和任务 ,贯穿于治安管理实践始终的指导治安管理立法和治安管理执法活动的基本准则。当前我国治安管理的基本原则是 :服从党的路线、方针、政策 ,服务于党的基本纲领的原则 ;依法管理的原则 ;专门机关管理与依靠群众相结合的原则 ;科学管理的原则。

The basic principles of public order management means that it is the general rule which reflects the nature and functions, runs through the practice of public order from beginning to end, and guides legislative and enforcement of public order management. At present, the basic principles of public order management in China are as follows: obey the fundamental policy and program of The Communist Party; manage according to law; combine professional organizations with the masses; and carry out scientific management.
