摘要
哈佛是美国最著名的研究型大学,其排名高居美国排行榜榜首,并且长盛不衰,哈佛对师资人才的极端重视和保持人才一流的机制作用重大。本文对这种机制进行了探讨论述,以期对我国大学的师资管理机制有所启迪。
Harvard is the most famous university of researching type in America. It ranks the highest and enjoys the reputation for a long time, which owes a great deal to its mechanism on paying great attention to its teachers and keeping them most outstanding in their own fields. This essay studies and discusses such a mechanism so that it can be of great reference to the management mechanism of teachers in China.
