摘要
针对某小型运动鞋底生产厂家设备及电气控制系统极端落后,故障频出的情况,对其生产设备的原理和使用情况进行了考察。分析故障原因,从而对其中的出胶控制部分提出了采用编程控制器(PLC)进行控制的思路及具体方案。该方案在实际应用中产生了显著的效果,具有极高的参考和实用价值。
In connection with the bad conditions of the outdated equipments and their poor electricity control system of a certain small-scale sportshoes sold factory,the mechanism and working conditions of them were studied and the reasons of breakdowns were found out.The ideals about program Live control(PLC)system of the control exit portion was put forward,the specific program was also designed,and applied in practical produce.
