The Methodology of Teaching Students Efficient Reading

本文调查分析了学生在英语阅读中的有效性问题 ,提出灵活性是决定学生阅读有效的关键因素这一新观点 ,通过思考英语阅读教学实践 ,阐述对于不同的阅读要求应有相应不同的阅读过程和目的 ,强调要培养学生采用灵活多样的阅读技巧去吸取有用信息 。

This paper looks into students' problems in efficient reading,and proposes that flexibility is the crucial factor to determine students' efficiency in reading.The paper examines the need for them to be a clear purpose when reading a text and highlights the skills required to extract the necessary information required by the reader.After the analysis of the problems some solutions from a new angle are suggested for reference.
