在以知识经济浪潮为背景的信息化全球化进程中,中国工业化和信息化发展迈入中期阶段,取得可喜成就,同时面临严峻挑战。工业化使农业在国民收入和就业中的份额不断下降,制造业与服务业在国内生产总值中的比重持续上升,经济结构的合理转变与社会生产力大幅度提高。信息化是从工业经济向信息经济、从工业社会向信息社会演进的动态过程,信息化与工业化是辨证统一的关系。工业化发展直接导致信息化,信息化发展以工业化为基础和手段。我国的战略与对策是:选择跨越式发展战略,处理好传统产业与信息产业的关系,在工业化中实现工业信息化,在信息化中实现信息工业化,市场化与知识化协调发展。

In the process of informationization and globalization background in knowledge economics,the development of Chinese industrialization and informationization is at middle stage,achieving grand,and confronting rigid challenge.Industrialization is the agriculture's portion going down in revenue and career,The portion of manufacturing industry and service trades going up in national income,the reasonable change of economic structure and social productive forces rising marginally.Informationization is a dynamic process from industrial economics to informational economics,from industrial society to informational society.Informationization and industrialization is dilectic relationship.Industrial development directly result in informationization,the industrialization is the basis and methods of the development for informationization.China's strategy and countermeasure is :select spanning development strategy,dealing the relationship between traditional industries and informational industries,realizing industrial informationization in industrialization,realizing the harmonious development of informational industrialization,marketing and knowledging.
