摘要
论述了海林市规划区水资源及其特点,预测出各规划水平年水资源量,并进行供需平衡分析,提出了海林市水资源的开发利用建议。
This paper discussed the water resources and characteristics of the plan district in Hailin City.It predicted each plan level and yearly water resources quantity and engaged the balance between supplies and requirement analysis.It also proposed the suggestion of water resources utilization in Hailin City.
