文章通过对经济较发达地区绍兴市社区图书馆建设的调查、分析,提出建立馆区图书馆借阅网络、馆区联办读书活动、建立馆区信息服务平台等公共图书馆参与社区文化建设的思路。

By investigation and analysis of community library in Shaoxing,the author proposes that public library can participate in the construction of culture in community.Information service desk and network for lending and reading books can be found between library and community,united action for books reading can be hold.
