高科技产业以先进的技术和持续的创新为基础 ,将知识迅速转化为产品 ,是未来产业的发展方向。我国目前科技供给能力有限 ,且转化机制不畅。通过发展科技园区 ,利用其良好的软硬件环境 ,加速科学技术的生成与转化 ,使高新技术迅速转化为生产力 ,实现科技与经济的链接。同时 ,应通过建立和完善科技园区内的评估、产权。

Based on technology innovation ,high-tech industry can transform knowledge into wealth ,and is the prop of knowledge-based economy China's economy,however is suffering poorly significant local capacity building for technology transfer or adaptation at present,so science &technology parks should be developed to accelerate the transformation mechanism on basis of their perfect environment In order to accelerate development of S&T parks, Appropriate policy ,which is suited to the condition of China should be chosen
