Study on the Teaching Aim of PE in Modern Schools

现代学校体育教学目标必须适应现代社会的发展和学生个体发展的需要。体育教学目标具有波动性、多元性、具体性、层次性、超前性特征。现代学校体育教学目标注重学生的全面发展 ;强调树立“健康第一”的指导思想 ;重视为学生的终身体育奠定基础。现代学校体育教学目标的构建大致包括运动参与、运动技能、身体健康、心理健康、社会适应五个方面。

The teaching aim of PE in modern schools should meet the demands of the development of society and that of the student. The aim of PE is characterized by its fluctuation, multifactor, specificness, gradation and future-orientedness. It emphasizes the comprehensive development of the student, stresses the setup of the 'Health First' guiding principle, and attaches importance to laying a foundation for life-time sports. The modern PE teaching aim roughly consists of the following five aspects: sports participation, sports capacity, physical wellness, mental wellness, and social adaptation.
