Basic Thinking on System of Villagers' Autonomy

完善村民自治 ,健全村民自治机制 ,是农村基层民主建设的重要课题 ,从当前我国村民自治实施中的特点及其情况看 ,要健全村民自治机制 ,必须在完善民主制度 。

It is an important question for study in the construction of democracy in rural areas to perfect the villagers' autonomy and to amplify the system of the villagers' autonomy.After analyzing the characteristics and problems in the implementation of the villagers' autonomy,we should take effective measures to perfect the villagers' autonomy,to standardize the working system and to strengthen the leadership.
