摘要 为深度开发和高效利用小径材资源,本研究提出了独特的木材梳解加工原理和方法,并自行设计制造了梳解装置,以此制备新的构成单元(分体状木束条);试验结果表明,小径杉木经梳解加工后,木束条能保持原有的相对强度和刚度,粗细均匀,几何形态较规整,且具规律性,能满足人造板构成单元的要求。木材梳解工艺为小径材的高效利用提供了理论基础与实践经验。 In order to develop and utilize smallwood resources deeply and effectively, a new method of wood-working, wood combing, was put forward,and a experimental combing equipment was designed and manufactured. Also, the equipment was used to prepare a new kind of wood-based panel component (separated fibre bundle) from Chinese fir smallwood. The results showed thickness of the fibre bundle was even and size of the fibre bundle was regular. The fibre bundle combed could relatively keep original strength and stiff ness, and meet the requirements of the new kind of component. The wood combing process provided theory basis and practical experience to utilize smallwood effectively.
