摘要
在介绍知识管理和医院信息化建设的基础上 ,着重分析了知识管理在医院管理中的重要作用和必要性 ,以及如何在医院信息化建设中实施知识管理。
Based on introduction to knowledge management and hospital construction of information, this article focuses on the importance and necessity of knowledge management and how to put it into effect in hospital construction of information.
