摘要
要通过对虚拟参考咨询的特点和在国内外开展的状况分析 ,对其成功经验的借鉴 ,提出实施虚拟参考咨询的知识库处理策略和在不同阶段的应对措施 ;并对本馆开展此项工作的实际效果进行统计分析 ,为同行开展同类工作提供经验、借鉴和参考依据。
This article analyzes characteristics and status at domestic and international of virtual reference servises at first, And then refers to their successful experience brings up the strategy of disposing the knowledge base and measure to handle with problems of virtual reference in different stages. In order to provide the experience for some library, at last survey and statistics of the actual result of Library of Southwest Jaotong University are introduced.
