网络带来一个跨越时空的信息环境 ,它使获取信息变得更方便、快捷 ,也对信息参考服务带来挑战。文章分析了当前参考服务环境的变化 ,并依据相关的统计数据提出了大学图书馆参考服务重心的转移和新模式。

The Internet and electronic resources have impact on reference services. In this article, the author analyzes the current reference service environment and points out, based on the analysis results on reference services of the library of SWUFE, that important matter of reference services of academic libraries ought to be changed.
