子宫肌瘤灰阶超声图像与病理组织结构的对照分析

Comparative analysis about ultrasound and pathological structure in myoma of uterus

目的 探讨子宫肌瘤的灰阶超声图像与病理组织学的关系。 方法 对70例子宫肌瘤的灰阶超声图像进行分类,综合分析其病理的组织表现之间的关系。 结果 子宫肌瘤灰阶超声图像可以分为三类,与其病理组织中平滑肌细胞、纤维结缔组织细胞的多少、排列等密切关系。 结论 根据超声图像特征可以推断子宫肌瘤的病理变化。

Objective To determine the relationship between SCAN ultrasound and pathological structure of the myoma of uterus. Methods Scan ultrasound pictures of 70 cases with myoma of uterus were classified and the relatienship between scan ultrasound picture and pathological structure was analysed. Results There are three classifications for the scan ultrasound picture of myoma of ulterus. These classifications were related closely with the amount and arrangement of the smooth muscle cells, fiber connect tissue cells and so on in the pathological structure. Conclusion We can infer the pathological change of the myoma of the myoma of uterus according to the character of ultrasound picture.
