摘要
目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声对卵巢囊腺瘤的诊断价值。 方法 选取经彩色多普勒超声检查并被术后病理证实的卵巢囊腺瘤患者46例,对其声像图进行回顾性分析。 结果 在46例中,彩超显示卵巢囊腺瘤的囊壁上较少见到血流,部分在乳头状高回声区处有血流信号,在其中26例记录到的阻力指数(RI)中,24例RI≥0.5;而交界性囊腺瘤在囊壁或囊内实质部分血流较丰富,共4例其RI<0.5。超声诊断完全符合6例,基本符合35例,共41例,诊断符合率89.1％。不符合5例。 结论 彩色多普勒超声对卵巢囊腺瘤诊断准确性较高,可作为术前检查的重要方法。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value with ultrasonography in paitents with ovarian cystadenoma. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 46 cases with ovarian cystadenoma which was exanninend with color Doppler ultrasonography preopera-tively and confirmed by subsequent operation. Results In 46 cases, color Doppler sonography showed less blow signal in the wall of the cysts, partly in the papillary tissue of echogenic areas with the resistance index(RI)≥=0.5 (24/26). However,rich blood flow signal was shown on the wall or solid areas of the borderline cystadenoma with RI<0.5 (4 / 4). The accuracy of sonographic diagnosis was 89.1% (41/ 46), 5 cases were misdiagnosed by sonography. Conclusions Color Doppler sonography can be used as an important imaging method for ovarian cystadenoma preoperatively with diagnostic accuracy.
