脑内转移瘤的CT诊断(附27例分析)

CT diagnosis of the metastatic tumors in brain (A report of 27 cases)

目的 探讨脑内转移瘤的CT表现。 方法 分析27例临床已证实的脑内转移瘤病例的脑CT征像。 结果 所有27例病例中,转移灶位于大脑半球25例(其中左侧15例,右侧10例),左右侧小脑各1例。单发18例,多发7例。肿块呈结节型22例,平扫呈等密度、高密度、低密度者分别为12例、7例和3例,呈囊实混合型5例。增强后瘤实体部分明显强化20例。瘤周水肿24例,无水肿3例。 结论 脑内转移瘤CT表现多种多样,增强脑CT扫描是确定有无脑内转移的可靠方法之一。

Purpose To improve knowledge for the CT features of the metastatic tumors in brain. Methods The CT images of 27 cases with brain metastatic tumors conformed by the clinic were retrospectively reviewed. Results In all the 27 cases, the metastatic tumors were located at the cerebral hemisphere in 25 cases(15 cases in the left and 10 cases in the right) and located at the cerebellar hemisphere in 2 cases (lease in the left and 1 case in the right). There were 18 cases with single tumor and 7 cases with multiple one's. The tumors were displayed as a nodule in 22 cases and cyst-nodule mixture in 5 cases. In plain CT images, the nodule's density were equal, high and low in 12 cases, 7 cases and 3 cases respectively. After contrast scanning, the tumors had an obvious enhancement in 20 cases. There were edema around the tumors in 24 cases, no edema in 3 cases. Conclusions Plain and contrast CT scanning plays an important role for finding the metastatic tumor in brain.
