冠状动脉粥样硬化与巨噬细胞移动抑制因子关系研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的 探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(macrophagemigrationinhibitoryfactor ,MIF)在冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块形成中的作用。方法 冠脉造影 (coronaryangiogra phy ,CAG)提示冠脉病变狭窄程度≥ 70 %明确诊断冠心病患者 4 3例为冠心病组 ,CAG冠脉无狭窄的患者 4 3例为正常对照组 ,测定两组间外周血血浆MIF浓度。结果 两组间外周血所测得MIF浓度存在明显差异 ,冠心病组血浆MIF浓度明显小于正常对照组 [(13 70 9± 11 4 95 )ng/mL与 (30 5 2 6±7 84 5 )ng/mL ,P <0 0 1]。结论 冠心病患者血浆MIF水平较正常人明显减低 。 Objectives To investigate the effects of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) on coronary atherosclerosis. Methods Fourty three patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease with the diameter stenosis rate of injured coronary arteries≥70% by coronary angiography (CAG) examination were categorized as coronary heart disease group, yet fourty three patients whose coronary arteries had no stenosis as normal control group. The plasma level of MIF was determined between groups. Results The plasma level of MIF was shown greatly lower in coronary heart disease group than that in normal control group [(13 709±11 495) ng/mL and (30 526±7 845) ng/mL, P <0 01]. Conclusion The plasma level of MIF in patients with coronary heart disease was marked lower than that in patients without coronary heart disease , MIF could take part in the atherosclerotic process.
