摘要
从设计观念、方案合理性及建筑结构等方面论述了当前住宅设计的发展 ,并对住宅二次装修的规范化、住宅结构体系的新方向作了阐述 。
The development in current housing design is discussed from design conception, rationality of scheme, building structure and other aspects. And based upon introduction of standardization of secondary decoration and new development in residential building system the inevitable trend of developing intelligent residence is pointed out.
