摘要
分析了影响劳动力管理的因素 ,以内因和外因两方面阐述了迫使工人管理改变的因素 ,提出了建立自我指导工作团队的必要性 。
Based upon analysis of the factors influencing human resources management in terms of internal and external causes reasons caused the change in labor management are elaborated. The necessity of establishing self-directed work team is proposed and according to common features of general work team and three stages in building self-directed work team detailed introduction is made.
