为提高高校基建资金投资的效益 ,力求做到所投资的建筑面积布局合理 ,使用功能完善 ,综合利用率高 ,从积极筹备资金、加强高校基建财务管理等方面 。
In order to improve the investment benefit in capital construction, realize satisfied floor area arrangement and high comprehensive utilization ration some concrete measures are proposed in terms of fund raising, intensifying financial management and other aspects for construction fiance management in university.
