树突状细胞与肿瘤免疫及其在肿瘤免疫治疗方面的应用

摘要 DC是功能最强的专职抗原呈递细胞,其首要的功能是诱导机体产生初次免疫应答。近年来由于在细胞活化中共刺激机制的阐明,免疫细胞与肿瘤细胞之间的信号转导及抗原呈递过程研究的深入,使得DC在肿瘤的生物治疗方面的研究取得了较大的进展。本文综述了DC与肿瘤预后的关系,DC抗肿瘤机制,DC疫苗的分类以及DC疫苗的临床试验等方面。 Dendritic cells (DC) are potent professional antigen-presenting cells, the prime role of which is to induce primary immunity response. Recently with the well demomstrating of the costimulate mechanism in T cells activation and with the deeply study of the singal transduction and antigen presented process between immunity cells, a great development of DC application in clinical tumor biotherapy had been achieved. This paper reviews the relationship between DC and tumor prognosis, the anti-tumor mechanism of DC, the classifying of DC vaccine and the respect of DC vaccine clinical trials.
