摘要
西安市污水处理厂改扩建后处理能力为16×104m3/d,城市生活污水经格栅、沉砂池后进入原有的2座初沉池进行一级处理,其中:4×104m3/d的城市生活污水经一级处理后直接排放,6×104m3/d经普通活性污泥法(中负荷处理系统)处理后排放,其余6×104m3/d经A2O工艺与过滤工艺处理后回用.为确保系统的正常运行、优化运行参数,在竣工验收的基础上,编制调试计划和细则,采用空池调试、小水量清水调试、污水调试及污泥培养,进而进行系统调试,实现了处理水达标的要求.对如此多目标复杂处理系统的调试水国内首次,对丰富城市污水处理理论、指导污水厂运行具有很重要的价值.
In this paper, the authors introduced the reconstruction process of Xi'an Wastewater Treatment Plant. The average daily flow is 16×104m3/d.The present wastewater treatment plant is designed as a medium rate activated sludge plant with primarily treatment .In the reconstruction, the municipal wastewater is primary treated in the two existing primary settling tanks. After the primary settling tank the wastewater is splitted into three streams: 4×104m3/d is diverted directly to the recipient as primary treated wastewater,6×104m3/d is diverted to a new medium rate aeration tank for BOD reduction as secondary treated wastewater which is discharged to the recipient, and 6×104m3/d is diverted to the existing aeration tank, which is converted to biological nitrogen and phosphorus reduction in accordance with the A2/O process. The wastewater treated from the A2/O process is treated in sand filters, and then, the water is reused for industrial and other purposes.The process of commissioning to make sure that the reconstruction process can operate successfully, which can increase the understanding of practice in municipal wastewater treatment, is described practically.
