摘要
维持全混流反应器在操作过程的热稳定性,必须同时满足热平衡条件和热稳定条件。通过讲一步的分析论证得出,维持全混流反应器热稳定性须控制传热温差小于某一最大值,即冷却介质的出口温度必须高于某一最低值;同时,在既定的冷却介质温度和传热温差下,热稳定性条件还要求平均反应时间必须大于某一最小值,满足其中任何一个条件就可满足热稳定性,该结果适用于复杂反应体系。
In order to maintain thermal stability of Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) in the process of operation, temperature difference for heat-transferring must be less than a certain maximum value, that is the outlet temperature of coolant must be more than a certain minimum value. Meanwhile, in the given conditions of the outlet coolant temperature or heat-transferring temperature differece, the thermal stability still demands that residence-time of reaction must be less than a certain minimum value. The result is applicable to complex reaction systems.
