摘要
建立友好、协商、相互尊重的师生关系,以及设计以学生为中心的教学计划和课堂活动,是发挥教与学的主观能动性和营造和谐的课堂气氛的有效方式,对此予以论述。
Building up friendly, negotiated, mutual respected relationship between teacher and students and devising student-centered teaching plan and class activity are some effective ways to activate teaching and learning and create harmonious class atmosphere.
