摘要
“仁”、“义”、“忠”、“信”是儒学中的精华之所在，她不仅对中华文化的形成和发展起到了奠基和推动作用，而且之于当今社会，尤其是在当代商业活动中，不论是对优秀商业人材的培养，还是对良好商业文化的形成，都仍然有着十分重要的借鉴意义和启迪功能。
：benevolence，uprightness，loyalty，honesty are the essence of Confucianism．It is the foundation of Chinese eraditional culture cultuer and promote her developments，also to present society，especially in current business activities，it still act as an important factor of reference and enlightenment in training of excellent business elites as well as formation of good business culture．
