曹雪芹在《红楼梦》中所塑造的女改革家是谁？她就是人称“玫瑰花”的贾探春。她可谓中国文学作品中第一位光采照人的成功的女改革家形象。她严格制度、不徇私情；她兴利除弊、革除旧制；她还提出了以“兴利节用”为纲的经济改革设想并做推行尝试。通过对这位女改革家的形象塑造、体现了作者的经济意识与构想。在红学研究中，对此尚未引起才目当的关注，本文提出来，意在引玉，愿与同仁进一步探讨与研究。

Who is the woman reformer as,portrayed by Cao Xueqin in his 'Red Chamber Dream '? She is non other than Jia Tanchun. called endearingly as 'Rose 'by other characters in the novel. She could be regarded as the first successful and adorable woman reformer ever created in Chinese literary works. She rigorously enforces the rules and regulations without Practicing favorism to anyone and works out ways to promote what is advantageous and to discard the past practices which were harmful. What is more, she sets forth her framework of economic reform which takes the increasing of income and the reducing of expenditure as the key link, and makes attempts to implement it. Through the portrayal of this woman reformer the author gives expression to his economic ideas and conceptions.Seeing that sufficient interest in the portrayal of this character in the study of the'Red Chamber Dream 'has yet to be aroused, this paper is meant to offer some views by way of introduction so that others way join in the further study and discussions of this subject.
