谈《法学概论》课的案例教学

摘要 本文就《法学概论》课堂教学的优良模式──案例分析法提出了自己的看法。文章指出案例分析法不失为《法学概论》教学中行之有效、最具特色的优选教学法。紧接着结合教学实践分析了案例教学在《法学概论》教学中表现出的明显优势。鉴于案例教学的关键在于运用案例,文章又着重强调了在案例教学中应特别注意案例的精炼、准确和新颖,如果忽略了这一点,案例分析法不仅无助于教学,反而会产生不良后果。影响正常教学。 This paper gives its own view on law cases' analysis-a good model of classroom teaching in the course of An introduction To The Science Of Law, First this paper points out that law cases' analysis is, after all, an effective, distinguishing optimum teaching method. Next it examines the superiority of the method in the teaching of An Introduction To The Science Of Law. Considering the crucial point of law cases' analysis is to apply the cases, this paper emphatically points out that in the classroom teaching through cases' analysis enough attention should be paid to the terseness, preciseness and novelty of the cases. If we neglect this point, cases' analysis will not contribute to good teaching results, but produce unhealthy effects instead and interfere with the normal work of teaching.
