摘要
本文利用WAXD、DSC、PM、SLAS和SEM对不同分子量HDPE材料进行研究,分子量范围从几万到几百万,计有五种不同分子量样品。研究表明:粉料结晶熔化温度Tm随分子量升高而升高,模塑试件的Tm随分子量升高而下降。粉料和模塑试件的结晶度均随分子量升高而下降,该变化趋势和分子量与缠结点密度变化相一致。不同分子量的HDPE均可培养成球晶,但等温结晶温度略有差别。
Abstract:In this paper, the effect of molecular weight on the crystalline properties of PE was studied by means of DSC. WAXD. PM SALS and SEM. Five PE sampeis with different molecular weights from M= 8. 00×104 to 3. 27×106 were prepared. The result showed Tm of powder PE increased with increasing molecular weight, and Tm of MC-PE decreased with increasing molecular weight. Crystallinity of both powder and MC-PE decreased with increasing molecular weight. The change tendency coincided with variations of molecular weight and entanglement density. HDPE with different molecular weights all exhibited spherulitical structures, but differed slightly in isothermal crystallizing temperature
