摘要
三峡库区生态经济区是重庆市确立的三大经济区之一,是重庆市经济社会可持续发展的重要保证。库区生态经济区应实施"加快发展提升,发挥后发优势"的发展战略,依托渝万高速公路和长江黄金水道、渝怀铁路和319国道两条轴线和万州、涪陵、黔江、长寿4个地区性中心城市,构建生态经济区,重点发展高效生态农业、生态城镇、生态工业和生态旅游业四大产业。
As one of the three economic zones of Chongqing city, the three-gorge ecological economic zone is the important guarantee of the sustainable development of Chongqing city. In this zone, the developing strategy of 'accelerating, developing and escalating' and 'bringing post advantages into full play' must be carried out. The construction of this ecological economic zone should rely on the two axes, i.e., the Yuwan high way (Chongqing to Wanzhou) and the Yangtze River, and Yuhuai railway (Chongqing to Huaihua) and the 319 national road, and the four regional central cities of Wanzhou, Fuling, Qianjiang and Changshou. The key industries to be developed in the three-gorge ecological economic zone in the future are the eco agriculture, eco city (town), eco industry and eco tourism.
