摘要
十六大提出:“发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。”社会主义政治文明的核心是依法治国,依法治国的核心又在以法治官,加强权力制约。目前,我国在权力设置上还存在一定的缺陷,容易使权力产生腐败。只有采取切实措施,加强对权力的制约,才能不断推进社会主义政治文明建设的进程,加速中国政治发展和政治现代化。
The Party's 16th Congress put forward 'To develop socialist democratic politics and build socialist political civilization is the main aim of fully building a relatively comfortable society. ' The core of socialist political civilization is to rule by law, while the core of ruling by law is to rule officials by law, to reinforce the power restrict. Nowadays there stand some blemishes in power establishing, therefore powers leads to corruption. Only by taking practical measures to reinforce the power restrict, can the building of our socialist political civilization be pushed on continuously, and Chinese political development and political modernization be sped up.
