摘要
介绍了辽宁省冶金工业厅几年来在行业节能降耗方面取得的新成效，以及在把节能降耗上台阶做为行业管理的一项重要内容来抓的思想认识下，积极开展以信息、技术、协调等多种形式的服务，制定规划指导企业不断攀登新目标，坚持节能宣传教育为主要内容的行业节能降耗工作的经验．
This paper introduces the new effects of professional energy-saving and consumption-reducing obtained in recent y6ars,and the experience in giving many kinds of services such as information, technology and coordination, working out plans to direct enterprise to scaling new heights and persisting in propaganda and education on energy-saving by MIDLP under considering energy-saving and consumption-reducing which is raised to a new level incessantly as an important content in professional management.
