抓住机　遇迎接挑战　推进武钢节能工作上新台阶

SEIZING OPPORTUNITIES AND MEETING CHALLENGE TO RAISE THE ENERGY-SAVING WORK OF WISC TO A NEW LEVEL

介绍了武汉钢铁（集团）公司“八五”两年来的节能工作情况及“八五”后期节能工作的形势和任务，尤其介绍了在强化管理的基础上进一步抓好技术进步推进企业节能降耗上档次的经验，内容包括依靠技术进步必须做到的５个方面，以及从资金保证上、工艺装备的更新上和组织保证上去加大技术进步的比重。

Energy-saving work in the past two years of the Eighth Five-Year and the situation and task in the later period of the Eighth Five-Year of WISC are introduced in this paper. This paper also presents the experience of making well technological progress to raise energy-saving and consumption-reducing work in enterprise to a higher grade on the basis of strengthening management,which include five aspects that must be done in relying on technological progress, and increasing the proportion of technological progress in fund-assuring, technology and equipment-renewing and organization-ensuring.
