开展冶金能源经济研究 推动钢铁工业节能降耗

DEVELOPING ECONOMIC STUDY OF METALLURGICAL ENERGY SOURCE TO GIVE AN IMPETUS TO SAVE ENERGY AND TO REDUCE CONSUMPTION OF IRON AND STEEL INDUSTRY

摘要 阐述了二个观点:一是从钢铁企业吨标准煤费用、能源费用占生产费用和可比产品成本连年都上升的情况出发,认为钢铁工业的节能降耗必须以降低产品成本为目的,提高经济效益为中心;二是从1981~1988年安排的十大类节能技术改造项目好的投资效果和单位节能成本低于煤炭的影子价格来看,认为增加节能投入,大力推进节能技术改造是利国利民、利在企业的正确选择。 This Paper elaborates two points of view. First of all, on the basis of the situation that per ton coal equivalent cost and energy source cost account for a rising percentage of production cost and comparable product cost in iron and steel enterprise, author thinks energy-saving and consumption-reducing of iron and steel industry must take aim at reducing product cost and centre at raising economic effect. Second, in the light of ten main kinds of energy-saving technological transformation arranged from 1981 to 1988 which had obtained good investment effect and the result that unit energy-saving cost is under the shadow price of coal, it is a proper selection good to nation, people and enterprise to increase energy-saving investment and to devote major effort to push energy-saving technological transformation forward.
