复方血立停止血作用的研究

A Study on the Hemostatic Action of Mixt. Xieliting

本文采用拉丁方设计方法，对四种药物进行止血对比实验。结果表明复方血立停对家兔颈动脉、股动脉切口出血的止血率（９６～９５％）优于血立停（６７～７５％）和白芨粉（５０～５５％）；对家大股动脉切口出血的止血率（８５％）也优于血直停（６０％）和白芨粉（４５％）。

ixt. Xieliting is a new hemostatic. extracted with scientific method form purely adoptal the prescription of chinese medicine. Medicinal experiments prove that Mixt. Xieliting showed significanthemostatic action on incisions of common carotid artery and femoral artery in rabbit. It had a hemostatic rate of 96%.which was much better than those of Xieliting (67￣75% ) and of hyacinth bletilla Powder (50￣55% ). Onincisions of femoral artery of dog. Mixt. Xieliting had a bemostatic rate of 85%. which was much better than thoseof Xieliting (60 % ) and of hyacinth bletila powder (45%). These results suggest that Xixt. Xieliting is a promisinghemostatic with high hemostatic rate. quick effect and firm blood coagula.
