本实验结果表明灸甘草汤能明显降低大白鼠右心房自律性；明显抑制肾上腺素诱发的离体豚鼠左心房肌和乳头状肌的自律性和兴奋性；对豚鼠的左心房肌的功能不应期也能明显延长；但对收缩性无明显影响。

n this article.we reported the effects of Zhi Gan Chao Decoction (ZGCD) on the physiological prop- erties of isolated rat right atrium. isolated left atrium and papillary muscles of guinea pigs. The resultsshowed that ZGCD significantly decreased automaticity of rat right atrium and automaticity of guinea pigleft atrium and papillary muscles induced by epinephrine; markedly inhibited excitability of isolated guineapig papillary muscles and atrium; obviously prolonged the functional refractory period. but exerted no in-fluence upon contracticity
