摘要 鉴于肾虚证可出现β受体cCAMP及M受体cGMP一对细胞调控机制失平衡,某些滋阴或助阳药有反方向的纠正功效。为探讨它们的作用机理,合成了β受体和M受体的不可逆阻断剂作为工具药,建立受体分子代谢动力学的研究技术,对滋阴药生地、知母和助阳药附子、肉桂以及它们的部分有效成分分别进行了观察。发现它们的作用环节不同于受体激动剂或拮抗剂,而是纠正受体分子的生成降解速率的异常。 arlier studies in this laboratory revealed that the imbalance of beta - adrenoceptor/cAMP system and M-cholinoceptor/cGMP system plays a major role in deficiency syndromes and the therapeutic effects of some Yintonics and Yang tonics are closely related to their ability to correct the imbalance. A technique was establishedto study the metabolic kinetics of beta-adrenoceptors and M-cholinoceptots with their respective irreversibleblocking agents. Experiments on Yin tonics Rehmannia glutinosa (生地). Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.(知母) and Yang tonics Aconitum carmichaeli(附子). Cinnamonum cassia (肉桂). as well as on some of theiractive principles revealed that they were not acting as agonists or antagonists. Instead .they were able to correctthe imbalance between the production rate and degradation rate of receptor molecules during some diseases.
